FORGIVE YOURSELF






If you are sad or feeling guilty about your past or something that you did, you should be honest with yourself first no matter how hard it will be for you, you should be brutally honest, and admit what you did wrong. Everyone has their own mistake to own up to even those you hurt. Just appreciate yourself and accept it and ask for forgiveness. Talk to someone about what you have been facing, don't keep it inside you. The pain or the guilt won't last long once you open up, and just be happy that you did and try your best to forgive yourself and I know it's not easy but try.
