Positive affirmation
The below affirmation is what I told myself and it helps me when I needed it. You can also create your own affirmation based on your situation and trust me it helps. You just have to say/write it every day or when you really need it.
The 3 affirmation I use is:
1. I DON'T NEED TO PROVE MYSELF TO ANYONE
2. I AM HAPPY WITH THE WAY I AM
3. I DESERVE BETTER
Sometimes there will be situations where you can't help yourself being negative. You just have to talk to someone that genuinely cares for you. When someone is treating you really badly then leave them, don't hold onto that relationship no matter what. When someone is trying to bring you down, you just have to ignore it and do you.
